Introduction of an agile cooperation model

How can we support a project team that has not yet found its feet and is facing opposition, while establishing an agile cooperation model?

Task: Support the project team (80 staff) during the introduction of agile working methods (scrum/SAFe) as part of an ongoing project. To begin with, the team is divided up between different specialist units and mainly works with fragmented capacities.

Rollout: Implementation support at various locations, with the involvement of external partners.

Skills development: Plan the change architecture and management with a clear milestone schedule, including change communication, change story, executive enabling, change agents and employee involvement.

Stakeholder management: Interviews and workshops with central stakeholders and senior experts to consolidate key success factors and highlight opposition.

Change intervention: Develop and establish an agile cooperation model (scrum/SAFe) with internal and external stakeholders. Change workshops on agile methods and ways of working (model development, role definition, meeting structure).

Leadership enabling: Raise awareness among managers for the rollout of process and technical system changes, along with the necessary messages and dialogical communication. Mediation at project management level.
